HANOI, March 2 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's manufacturing production expanded at its fastest pace in 19 months in February, according to a report released Monday by Standard & Poor's (S&P) Global Market Intelligence.
The S&P Global Vietnam Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index rose to 54.3 in February, up from 52.5 in January and reaching a four-month high.
Andrew Harker, economics director at S&P Global Market Intelligence, said the Vietnamese manufacturing sector was able to build on the growth seen in January with an even stronger performance in February. Enditem
