HANOI, March 6 (Xinhua) -- Vietnam's tourism sector recorded nearly 4.7 million international visitors in the first two months of 2026, up 18.1 percent year on year, according to data announced Friday by the National Statistics Office.
In February alone, the Southeast Asian country welcomed over 2.2 million international arrivals, down 9.2 percent from the previous month but up 17.7 percent year on year, the report said.
Vietnam targets 25 million international arrivals and 150 million domestic tourists in 2026, according to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Enditem
