DUBAI, March 9 (Xinhua) -- Authorities in the emirate of Fujairah, on the east coast of the United Arab Emirates, said Monday they were responding to a fire in the oil zone caused by falling debris following air defense interceptions.
Officials said no injuries had been reported so far and emergency teams were handling the incident.
Authorities also urged the public not to spread rumors and to rely only on information from official sources, adding that updates would be provided if there were further developments. Enditem
