SYDNEY, March 18 (Xinhua) -- Australian oil and gas producer Woodside Energy on Wednesday announced that acting CEO Elizabeth Westcott has been appointed to the role on a permanent basis.
In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) from its headquarters in Western Australia, the board of Woodside Energy said that Westcott has been named CEO and Managing Director.
Westcott has served as the energy giant's acting CEO since her predecessor, Meg O'Neill, departed for BP in December 2025. Enditem
