TOKYO -- The number of visitors to Japan from the Chinese mainland fell 54.1 percent year on year in the first two months of 2026, government data showed Wednesday.

COLOMBO -- Sri Lanka's economy expanded by 5.0 percent in 2025, driven mainly by strong performance in industrial activities, according to official estimates released by the Department of Census and Statistics.
