MINSK, April 17 (Xinhua) -- Belarusian GDP reached 68.2 billion Belarusian rubles (about 24 billion U.S. dollars) in the first quarter of 2026, the country's National Statistical Committee said Friday.
According to the preliminary estimate, GDP in real terms amounted to 99.6 percent of the level recorded in the same period of 2025.
The GDP deflator rose to 109.5 percent year on year in Q1 2026, reflecting a 9.5 percent increase in price levels over the period.
On plans for 2026, the presidential decree on key forecast parameters of the national economy sets the GDP growth target at 2.8 percent. Enditem
