ISLAMABAD -- At least nine security personnel were killed and 21 others injured after a suicide bomber rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into a scouts camp in Pakistan's northwestern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Thursday night, police sources said.

KIEV/MOSCOW -- A total of 24 people, including three children, were killed on Thursday after a Russian strike hit a nine-story apartment building in Kiev during a massive drone and missile attack, the Ukrainian State Emergency Service said Friday.
