TEHRAN -- Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian said here Sunday the United States and Israel have always sought to turn Muslim states against one another through creating division and distrust among them.

JERUSALEM -- Israel's gross domestic product (GDP) shrank by an annual rate of 3.3 percent in the first quarter of 2026 compared to the previous quarter, according to figures issued by the state's Central Bureau of Statistics on Sunday.

OTTAWA -- The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) has confirmed a case of hantavirus in a cruise passenger currently isolating in British Columbia following laboratory testing.

JERUSALEM -- Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said Sunday that Israel's military has signed an order allowing a newly-passed death penalty law to be applied to Palestinians convicted of killing Jews in the occupied West Bank, marking the first step toward implementing the controversial law.
