TEHRAN -- Iran's semi-official Fars news agency on Friday rejected a report by Saudi-owned Al Arabiya network that Tehran has agreed to transfer its enriched uranium to a third country.
Citing an informed source close to the Iranian negotiating team, Fars said nuclear issues were basically not on the current agenda of the talks between Tehran and Washington aimed at ending the war, and would only be discussed at later stages. (Iran-Enriched uranium-Rejection)

GAZA -- The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) announced on Friday that a delegation from its leadership has arrived in the Egyptian capital Cairo to begin a new round of negotiations on a Gaza ceasefire agreement.
In a statement, Hamas said the delegation is headed by Khalil al-Hayya, the movement's leader in Gaza, and includes Zaher Jabarin, Hamas chief in the West Bank, as well as political bureau members Hussam Badran and Ghazi Hamad. (Gaza Strip-Hamas-Israel)

BEIRUT -- Israeli attacks on Lebanon have damaged more than 2,200 businesses, killed over 3,000 people, and injured more than 9,000 others, Labor Minister Mohammad Haidar said on Friday, warning of their severe impact on the country's workforce and economy.
Addressing the International Labour Conference in Geneva, Haidar said more than 1,700 economic establishments had sustained partial damage, while over 500 had been completely destroyed in the Israeli strikes. (Lebanon-Israeli attacks-Damage)

ISTANBUL -- A Turkish-flagged fishing boat came under attack and later sank in the Black Sea on Friday, leaving one fisherman dead and four others injured, the Turkish Coast Guard said.
