JERUSALEM -- The Ramat David Air Base in northern Israel was hit by missile fragments during the latest escalation with Iran, the Israeli military confirmed Wednesday.

RAMALLAH -- Israeli forces besieged the Palestinian town of Arraba on the outskirts of Jenin on Wednesday, Palestinian sources said, describing the move as an escalation in the West Bank.
