TEHRAN -- Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi said Friday night that the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the United States to end the war could take place within the next few days.
In an interview with state-run IRIB TV, Araghchi said that upon finalized, the MoU will be signed digitally by both sides in their respective countries and then announced. (Iran-US-MoU)

JERUSALEM -- Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Friday that he and U.S. President Donald Trump were in "full agreement" to prevent Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons.

JERUSALEM -- Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Friday that the Israeli military will not withdraw from the "security zones" it holds in Lebanon, Syria and Gaza.

BAGHDAD -- The Iraqi National Security Service said Friday that its forces had thwarted an assassination plot targeting its chief, Abdul Karim al-Basri, and several other high-ranking officers.
The National Security Service said in a statement that a cell linked to the so-called "Iraqi National Gathering for Liberation and Change," a front group for the banned Ba'ath Party, was behind the plot. (Iraq-Assassination plot-Security Officials) Enditem
