TEHRAN -- The memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Iran and the United States to end the war will not be signed on Sunday due to "the other side's hesitation," Iran's semi-official Tasnim news agency reported Saturday, citing Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baqaei.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistani security forces killed 21 militants, including four local ring leaders, during a series of intelligence-based operations in the northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, the military's media wing said Saturday.
