MANILA, June 29 (Xinhua) -- A mother and her three children, aged 14, 13, and 12, were found dead inside their home in a village in Zamboanga del Sur province in the southern Philippines early Monday, police said.
Police said the bodies were discovered at around 6:45 a.m. by a villager on his way to his farm, and all the victims sustained multiple stab wounds.
Investigators believe the killings may have occurred on Saturday night. Police said the children were last seen at around 8 p.m. on Saturday at a nearby public WiFi station.
Investigations are underway, according to police. Enditem
