TEHRAN -- Several blasts were heard Wednesday night in Iran's southern Hormozgan province as the U.S. Central Command said its forces conducted strikes against Iran for a second straight day.

TEHRAN -- A senior Iranian lawmaker said on Wednesday if the United States attacks Iran again, the country's options will include withdrawing from the Non-Proliferation Treaty and changing its nuclear doctrine.

Ebrahim Rezaei, spokesman of the Iranian parliament's National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, made the remarks in an interview with the semi-official Fars news agency.

ADEN, Yemen -- Yemen recorded more than 5,700 dengue fever cases and 30 related deaths in government-controlled areas during the first half of 2026, health authorities said Wednesday, warning the onset of the rainy season could accelerate the spread of the mosquito-borne disease.
