ACCRA -- At least 11 persons are reported dead while 13 others have sustained injuries following an accident in the Ghanaian capital in the early hours of Thursday, the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has confirmed.

THE HAGUE -- At least one person was killed and several others injured following an explosion at the Port of Rotterdam in the Netherlands on Thursday, local media reported.
