WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Donald Trump's approval rating fell to 33 percent, the lowest level of his presidency, amid public concerns over the U.S. war against Iran, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll that concluded Monday.

TEHRAN -- Iran's Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) on Monday rejected U.S. President Donald Trump's claim that there is a backchannel for talks between Washington and the IRGC.

NEW DELHI -- At least seven people were killed and many others injured Monday morning after a stampede at a temple in India's eastern state of Bihar, officials said.
The stampede reportedly broke out after an electric wire snapped, triggering panic among the crowd at the Ashok Dham Temple in Lakhisarai district, about 125 km southeast of Patna, the capital city of Bihar, senior police official Shivam Kumar was quoted by local media as saying. (India-Stampede)

ATHENS -- Three people were killed after a private helicopter crashed on the Greek island of Sifnos, in the Cyclades archipelago in the Aegean Sea, on Monday, Greek national broadcaster ERT reported.
The helicopter crashed in the Tholos area, where the island's heliport is located, and a fire broke out at the site shortly after the crash, according to the Fire Service. (Greece-Air Crash) Enditem
