NEW DELHI -- The death toll in Sunday's multi-storey building collapse in the Indian capital's Satya Niketan area rose to seven on Monday.

TOKYO -- Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi is considering reshuffling her Cabinet and the executive lineup of her ruling Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) on Sept. 16 at the earliest, local media reported Monday.

PHNOM PENH -- Cambodia and South Korea signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday to jointly combat maritime drug trafficking.
