Benny Chan directed sci-fi film "City Under Siege" will hit Chinese cinemas next month, and a portrait of Hong Kong actor Aaron Kwok in the film as a clown was unveiled recently, M1905.com reports.
As China's first monster film featuring giant, mutated orc-like creatures, the storyline involves a biochemical crisis. Pop stars Aaron Kwok, Shu Qi, Collin Chou, Wu Jing and Zhang Jingchu play the leads in the upcoming film, which tells of a clown (played by Aaron Kwok) who accidentally inhales a biochemical gas left behind by the Japanese army during WWII. It causes his unstable transformation.
