Chinese romantic comedy "What Women Want", directed by Chen Daming, is currently filming in Beijing, and several production photos have been released, Sohu.com reports.

Andy Lau and Gong Li, collaborating for the first time, recently completed an important scene where the two flirted with each other in Sanlitun, a cheerful area in Beijing containing many bars, nightclubs and international stores.

The film is a remake of the American one of the same title which featured Mel Gibson and Helen Hunt and went on to be one of the most successful films of 2000.

A lot of fashion elements and current topics have been added to the film, which will add to its freshness.

Other cast members including Yuan Li, Hu Jing and Julian Chen are all popular among Chinese audiences.

The film is slated for a 2011 release.
