U.S. troubled actress Lindsay Lohan has left rehab after 22 days of treatment and will receive outpatient care in the foreseeable future, according to media reports Wednesday.

Lohan, 24, who was originally sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating probation in her DUI case, checked into UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles on Aug. 2.

Due to overcrowding in prison and good behavior, Lohan's jail term had been cut short to 13 days.

It is reported that Lohan signed discharge papers on Tuesday afternoon and then was escorted out of the rehab's back door into a waiting limousine.

A hearing is scheduled on Wednesday morning at a Beverly Hills courthouse before a new judge, Elden Fox.
