Chinese actor Liu Ye's French wife Anais Martane gave birth to their first child, a baby boy, on Sunday, October 10 in France, Sina.com.cn reports.

The news was first published on director Lu Chuan's miniblog Web site. Lu and Liu collaborated on Lu's war epic "City of Life and Death" ("Nanjing! Nanjing!").
Chang Jihong, Liu's agent, later confirmed the news in a telephone interview, saying the couple named their son Nuo Yi.
Liu and Martane started dating in 2006 after Liu ended his five-year-long relationship with television host and actress Xie Na. They married last year in Beijing.
