Piano sensation Lang Lang is set to stage a New Year's concert at the Tianjin Sports Center on December 25.

Famous folk singer Song Zuying has been invited to perform at the concert, which is expected to give audiences a romantic and joyful experience.

Dubbed the "hottest artist on the classical music planet" by the New York Times, the 28-year-old Lang Lang has played recitals and concerts in every major city in the world, and is the first Chinese pianist to be engaged by the Vienna Philharmonic, Berlin Philharmonic and all the top American orchestras.

Time magazine selected Lang Lang as one of its 100 Most Influential People in the World last year.
