SIFF reveals shortlist for mobile section

Fifty short films have been shortlisted in the mobile phone film category at the 14th Shanghai International Film Festival.
It's the first time that an A-list film festival will include a mobile phone film section.

The selected short movies have been shot on smart phones in 27 countries and regions.
The mobile phone film directors come from all walks of life.
They include film and TV directors, such as South Korean director Park Chan-yu with an iPhone film called "Lofty Waves".
The final winners will be announced in mid-June during the film festival, which takes place from June 11 to 19.
