Chinese Ballerina named 'Best Ballerina' in Moscow

Zhu Yan with the National Ballet of China has won the Best Ballerina award at the 19th International Ballet Festival "Benois de la Danse" in Moscow.
"There are numerous stars from many famous ballet troupes attending this contest and I came here to see and learn a lot," said Zhu.
The annual international competition was launched in 1991.
It has received video entries from China, Russia, the United States, France, Spain, Italy and other countries, competing for the awards of Best Choreographer, Best Ballerina, and Best Male Dancer.
