Rene Liu, the popular singer-actress from Taiwan, has announced on her microblog that she is now a married woman.
Her husband is Zhong Xiao-jiang, who is a good friend of the celebrity couple Wang Xiaofei and Barbie Hsu.
The newlyweds registered for marriage in Beijing on August 8.
No other details are available at this time. Liu's agent says a formal announcement will be issued shortly.
Liu is best known for such hit songs as "I Love You Very, Very Much", "Later" and "Crazy for Love". She also has a long list of popular TV and movie characters under her belt.
