Married, Selina to appear in one month

Having tied the knot with 39-year-old lawyer Richard Chang, Taiwan singer Selina Ren, the “S” of pop girl group S.H.E., joined family and bandmates Hebe and Ella for an after-party at the Sheraton Hotel.
Selina updated her microblog with a photo of her husband Richard Chang feeding her a piece of cake to celebrate her birthday.
She said she spent her birthday last year in a lot of pain after suffering third degree burns over 54 percent of her body in an accident on Oct. 22, 2010. But she loves birthdays, and as she celebrates her husband’s birthday on Nov. 1, Selina said she hopes both their birthday dreams come true.
Selina’s agent told the Hong Kong media that Selina and Richard will register their marriage later. They won’t live together yet and won’t consider a honeymoon trip.
“Selina made a remarkable recovery and she will go back to work after one month of marriage leave,” her agent said.
On May 29 last year, during a concert at the Taipei Arena, Selina admitted to the media that lawyer Richard Chang was her boyfriend. It was announced that the couple will marry in April 2011. But their marriage was postponed because of Selina's schedule and her accident in October.
The couple finally married last Monday in a high-profile ceremony in Taipei presided over by Taiwan leader Ma Ying-jeou.
