Oscar-nominated actress Anne Hathaway is engaged to boyfriend and fellow actor Adam Shulman, according to media reports quoting her spokesman Stephen Huvane Monday.

Low-key Shulman was initially Hathaway's rebound romance after the messy end of her four-year romance with Raffaello Follieri in mid-2008.

The 29-year-old actress was previously romantically linked to Follieri, but broke up with him in 2008 when he was arrested and pleaded guilty to fraud charges.

Hathaway is among the stars of the anticipated Batman movie “The Dark Knight Rises.” She was nominated for an Academy Award for 2008’s “Rachel Getting Married” and hosted the 2011 Oscars with James Franco.
