A new trailer for the much anticipated new "Avengers" movie has been released.

The new trailer shows Scarlett Johansson in character as Black Widow, tied up and being interrogated.

Johansson landed the role after she played black widow in the "Iron Man 2" movie.

The film is due to hit the big screen in May.

The Asian premiere of the "Avengers" however is set to take place at the 2nd Beijing International Film Festival later this month.

One of the movie's leading actors, Jeremy Renner will walk the red carpet at the event.

Organizers have also announced that Hollywood director and deep-sea diver James Cameron will attend the film festival.

He'll be at the opening ceremony and will reportedly give a presentation about the use of 3-D effects.

The Beijing International film festival kicks off on April 23.
