Taiwanese actor Mark Chao recently posed for a series of photos to promote his upcoming romance film "The First Time," Mtime.com reports.
After a two-year absence from the big screen, Chao has returned with three films on tap for 2012.
After he received wide recognition for his performances in "Manga," which was released in 2010, Chao was appointed the lead actor in renowned director Chen Kaige's film "Searching." Chen wrapped up the film several months ago and expects it to be released this year.
At present, Chao is involved in actress-director Vicki Zhao's directorial debut "To My Past Youth" ("Zhi Qing Chun").
His romance film "LOVE," released during this year's Valentine's Day slot, won big at box offices.
Now Chao is busy promoting "The First Time" in which he co-stars with actress Angelababy. The film is scheduled for release in early summer.
"I do hope I can arrange my time wisely," Chao said about his busy schedule. "I didn't expect several films to clash with each other."
