Country superstar Shania Twain is still the one that fans loved and the one who managed to deliver an elaborate performance when she played the stage of the 4,300-seat Caesars Palace concert hall in Las Vegas, U.S.

Shania Twain made her long-awaited return to the stage at the Colosseum, former home to her fellow Canadian diva Celine Dion, in December of 2012, as part of her so-called Superstar Residency at the venue. She's currently staging 12 shows running from May 14 to June 1.

China.org.cn recently attended one of her shows in Las Vegas, which saw the singer with her full-on energy, humor and willingness to conquer audiences after a decade-long absence marred by issues including a painful divorce.

Shania Twain descended onto the stage on a motorcycle to the beat of her 2002 hit "I'm Gonna Getcha Good," and continued to belt out some of her biggest hits. Two horses appeared during "No One Needs to Know" and "Still the One" and as she was riding horseback, the audience cheered her on.

The 47-year-old singer, clad in sparkling bodysuits and thigh-high boots, also performed some of her best country-pop crossover songs such as "Whose Bed Have Your Boots Been Under," "From This Moment On" and "Man! I Feel Like a Woman" together with her live band and dancers. The huge LED screen presented various visual spectacles which, in combination with the accompanying stage settings, added points to the whole production.

Twain also stepped down from the stage to hug fans as well as invite them to join her on stage for songs. Some fans flew in from as far as France. They encouraged her to keep on pursuing her already impressive singing career.

Shania Twain's 1997 album "Come on Over" is the best-selling country album of all time. Even though she said she was initially nervous about how her comeback would be received, her first 24 performances all sold out. Tickets for the shows between mid-October and mid-December are on sale now.
