Yoshiki, one of Asia's most influential musical artist and biggest rock icon, is going to release his new classical album "Yoshiki Classical."

Set for an August 27th digital release, Yoshiki Classical sees collaborations between Yoshiki and legendary Beatles producer Sir George Martin, the London Philharmonic Orchestra, the Tokyo City Philharmonic Orchestra and the Quartet San Francisco.

The end result is a beautiful symphonic collection driven by soaring strings, smart piano pieces and the melodic style of Yoshiki's earlier work. Physical release of Yoshiki Classical will be September 24.

A preludeto the highly anticipated and long awaited new album from X Japan, Yoshiki has released "Miracle" from Yoshiki Classical as the first single, which is the opening composition of X Japan's World Tour. Yoshiki's Classic music will be available to purchase worldwide for the first time outside of Japan.

Although known as the founder of Japan's biggest rock band X Japan and credited as the catalyst for the flamboyant visual kei rock sub-genre, Yoshiki is a world-renowned classically trained multi-instrumentalist/composer/musician.

Yoshiki has made an impressive mark within the classical genre. Yoshiki's talent has seen him compose the theme song for 2012 Golden Globe Awards, which is available in 111 countries. He's also composed and performed an orchestral piece/piano concerto to commemorate the Japanese Emperor's 10th anniversary of his reign, along with the theme for the World Expo in Japan.

With Yoshiki Classical and his widely known classical compositions, Yoshiki is continuing to bring and illuminate the beauty in classical music to the rock audience.

Yoshiki's double album "Yoshiki Presents Eternal Melody" remains one of Japan's top-selling classical albums.

Yoshiki says, "I began taking piano lessons and music theory at age four, and became interested in classical works by Beethoven and Schubert. In elementary school, I played the trumpet in the brass band, and around age ten started composing songs for piano. I've been writing Classical music ever since. Needless to say, Classical music has been a major influence in my musical career including X Japan. I'm so excited to finally share my classical compositions that are very close to my heart with my fans around the world."
