Nina Li, born on Dec. 31, 1961, in Shanghai, is a retired Hong Kong actress.

Jet Li, born on April 26, 1963, is a Chinese film actor, film producer, martial artist, and Wushu champion who was born in Beijing. After retiring from Wushu at the age of 19, he went on to gain great acclaim in China as an actor, making his debut in the film “Shaolin Temple” (1982). He has gone on to star in many Hollywood action films, including “Kiss of the Dragon” and “Unleashed.”

On Sept. 19, 1999, the couple married in Los Angeles. They have two daughters, Jane and Jade.
