Famous Chinese singer and actress Zhou Xun held her wedding ceremony with her American-born boyfriend Archie Kao at a charity event last night in Hang Zhou.
"We are really happy tonight to be in such a love-filled atmosphere. My husband and I would like to share our love with everyone. I've starred in films where I played the bride, but tonight is Zhou Xun's own story of romance," she announced.
Born in 1974, the 40-year-old actress has won a great number of awards, including the Best Actress at the Hong Kong Film Awards, Golden Horse Awards, Golden Rooster Awards, Hundred Flowers Awards and Asian Film Awards.
Zhou disclosed her boyfriend on May 8 in her microblog. "This is Archie. Please take care of [him]," she wrote. Archie David Kao is an American Chinese Hollywood actor.
