Taiwan actor Chang Chen is expecting a baby with his wife Chuang Wenru.

Chang's management sent out a statement on behalf of the 37-year-old confirming the pregnancy news.
"The Grand Master" star said that, together with his wife, they will create an even better family life for the new addition.
Chang began his acting career at a young age. His breakout role came at 15, in "A Brighter Summer Day," directed by the late director Edward Yang.
In addition to the baby news, Chang is also celebrating another Golden Horse Award nomination.
Chang is nominated in the "Best Actor" category for his performance in the period Kung fu drama, "Brotherhood of Blades." This is Chang's third Golden Horse nomination.
