The Chinese Mainland release of "Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1" has again been pushed back - this time, the date has been set for February 8 of next year.
The film is reportedly rescheduled to its new date to capitalize on the coming Lunar New Year holiday when China sees its biggest theatre turnout.
This time, the week-long New Year holiday lands on February 19.
"Mockingjay - Part 1" has already earned more than 600 million U.S. dollars worldwide over its three-weeks in theaters.
Part 1 of the "Hunger Games" finale was initially set to open in China in late November.
The film was first pushed back to January to give domestic titles a chance to even their 2014 bottom-line against Hollywood imports after "Transformers: Age of Extinction" become the highest-grossing movie of all time on the mainland.
