A press conference due to be held tomorrow by Zhejiang TV about the presence of the drama via the commercial satellite station, has been canceled.

Zhejiang TV, who previously planned to air the drama this Sunday, hasn't responded to whether they will air it as planned.

The drama tells the story of Wu Zetian, the only female emperor in China, during the Tang Dynasty dates.

It has stirred quite a public debate as it was pulled from Chinese airwaves shortly after being on air.

Media reports are suggesting that the sudden pull-back was because the female characters were showing too much cleavage.

The drama has returned to TV since the beginning of the New Year with an edited version.
