Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux have tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at home on Wednesday, according to American celebrity website TMZ.

The small ceremony included about 70 guests such as Aniston's former "Friends" co-stars Lisa Kudrow, Chelsea Handler and Howard Stern.

The duo was engaged for almost three years. Aniston and Theroux who had been friends for even longer, before they started dating.

Aniston's romantic life has been a favorite subject of the paparazzi since she split with former husband Brad Pitt in 2005.

Aniston shot into super-stardom with her role as Rachel Green on the hit NBC show "Friends," which aired for 10 years starting from 1994.

Theroux stars in the HBO series "The Leftovers" and has had roles in "Parks and Recreation," and "Six Feet Under."
