J. Alexander, or Miss J, as he is lovingly called, is known for teaching girls from America's Next Top Model to pose and walk the runway. He's recently arrived in Beijing promoting IQIYI's "Fall in Love with Supermodel" competition, in which he's one of the judges.

"I think the experience of working with the girls of the show is interesting actually. They were hard working. In the end, all the girls have something special; they'll deliver something special. But I still have my at least three to five favorite girls and I won't tell anybody until the show finishes who I really love."

Despite the absence of sharp-tongued Jin Xing, one of the foremost figures in Chinese contemporary dance, as a judge for the competition at the second season, Ai-Shang-Chao-Mo (爱上超模) in Chinese remains a hot hit online each Thursday night.

The show's sponsor IQIYI says they are beginning to select contestants for the third season, which will be shot in the US.

The first season of "Fall in Love with Supermodel" had attracted 280 million hits online since it began to air in March this year.
