"Scandal Maker" tells the story of a 38-year old popular radio DJ who suddenly becomes a single father and also a grandpa.

Chinese singer-actor Tong Dawei plays the main character.

Actress Swan Wen later becomes Tong Dawei's girlfriend in the movie.

She admits that shooting the film wasn't nearly as glamorous as the movie might portray.

"My first scene is when I begin dating Tong Dawei. Unexpectedly, he ate a lot of pig intestine throughout the whole morning, which made him smell terrible. It took everything I had just to finish the scenes!"

Directed by South Korean filmmaker Ahn Byeong-ki, 'Scandal Maker' hits Chinese theaters on November 11th, which is also known as Single's Day in China.

Tong Dawei, who released his maiden album in 2007, also contributed his voice to the theme song for his new film called 'Linda.'
