Anniversary shows works of 'China's Shakespeare'

An original play, titled "The Four Dreams of Linchuan", an adaptation of the famous Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) playwright Tang Xianzu's four well-known works, were staged in Beijing in October. "Four Dreams of Linchuan" includes the classic plays "The Peony Pavilion", "The Southern Tributary State", "The Handan Dream" and "The Purple Hairpin." (Read more)
