She was market department director of Taobao.com before she took on positions as the general manager of Tmall.com, the president of Taobao.com and several other websites affiliated with Taobao.com. She is now a Vice President of the group. In a self-description on her micro-blogging site, she wrote: "Being simple, happy, clear, curious, and being forever 28 years old. A lover of Internet."
