2. Youku Tudou

China's online video streaming website Youku Tudou completed its privatization process on April 6, following a successful takeover by e-commerce giant Alibaba.

Youku Tudou announced Alibaba's bid last November, when the latter proposed to pay US$27.6 per American depositary share.
