4. Home Inns

Economic Hotel Chain Home Inns announced the completion of its take-private process on April 5. In March, Home Inns' shareholders approved the takeover bid by BTG Hotels Group. BTG Hotels offered to pay US$35.8 in cash per American depositary share, adding a 19 percent premium to the last closing price on June 10, 2015.

Home Inns went public on NASDAQ in 2006.
