5. Bona Film

Bona Film Group announced that it had formally completed the process of going private on August 8. The announcement came after the leading film distributor in China finished merger with Mountain Tiger International. Shareholders of Bona Film were offered US$27.4 per American depositary share.

Bona Film went public on NASDAQ in 2010.
