Cooking oil price rise application gets nod
Adjust font size:

The market price of food oil in bulk is 16,000 yuan per ton, but the retail price of small package oil was the equivalent of 10,900 yuan per ton, the official said.

The Kerry Company is owned by the Singapore Wilmar International. The company has six popular brands of food oil in China, including Arawana, Yuanbao and Xiangmanyuan.

The international food oil price has risen steadily this year, which put great pressure on the domestic food oil market, the report said, quoting State Administration of Grain director Nie Zhenbang.
