Factory blast kills 2, injures 2 in C China

Two workers died and another two injured in a factory blast early Thursday morning in central China's Henan Province, local authorities said.
A compression unit of Huayuhengtong Chemical Co., Ltd. exploded at 0:40 a.m. in Shangcai County, said the Shangcai County Committee of the Chinese Communist Party in a statement.
The two slightly injured had been hospitalized. Nearby buildings had been checked for damage, it said.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
