Pictures of the boat at Nanhu Lake in Zhejiang's Jiaxing and the house in Shanghai where the founding congress of the CPC was held from July 23 to July 31, 1921. While it was originally planned to be held in Shanghai French Concession(as the bottom picture shows), police interrupted the meeting on 3 July. The congress was moved to a tourist boat on Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province.
