"I have a dream, that one day, all those that cherish the dream of studying at Beida (Peking University) can become the university's students," a deputy from Beijing said during the ongoing session of the 12th National People's Congress (NPC).

The university will try its best to share its quality educational resources with Chinese people under the support of the increasingly advanced scientific technologies, said Zhou Qifeng.

Zhou believed this is a dream that could be turned into reality, a dream which embodies equality in education through sharing of all resources.
