Following the call by President Xi Jinping that China should create "an atmosphere in which medical workers are respected and public health issues are taken seriously" for the fostering of harmonious and healthy doctor-patient relationships, the School of Social Sciences of Tsinghua University and the Medical Humanities Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association jointly hold the Medical Humanities Forum.
