On July 7, 2010, an unidentified flying object forced Xiaoshan Airport in Hangzhou to cease operations. A flight crew preparing for descent first detected the object around 8:40 p.m. and notified air traffic control. Although the aviation authorities responded within minutes, eighteen flights were affected.

2010年7月7日,杭州萧山机场因发现不明飞行物被迫禁飞。当晚8点40分左右,机组人员准备降机时发现有不明飞行物,于是发出了空中管制的通知。仅仅几分钟,民航当局就采取了行动,18个航班因此受到影响。
